In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the hkg99 website accessible at https://hkg99.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any associated applications or services operated by hkg99.
• "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to hkg99 and its affiliated operating entities responsible for the Platform.
• "Member," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member to access the Platform's services, including betting, gaming, and transaction features.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held within a Member's Account at any given time.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform by hkg99 at any time.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

To access the Services, you must register a single Account on the Platform. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• One Account per Member: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. hkg99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify hkg99 support immediately — via live chat in your account dashboard or by email at [email protected] — if you have reason to believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
• KYC Verification: You must complete KYC verification, providing a valid government-issued photo ID and any additional documentation reasonably requested by hkg99, before your first withdrawal can be processed. hkg99 may also request KYC documentation at any other time as part of ongoing compliance procedures.
• Account Maintenance: hkg99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 180 days. Members will be notified by email before any inactive-account action is taken.

All financial transactions on hkg99 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets).
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change at hkg99's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.
• hkg99 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which hkg99 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment processor. In the event of a technical delay, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the verified identity on file with hkg99.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under five minutes for most transactions. In exceptional cases involving compliance review, processing may take up to 24 hours. hkg99 will notify you of any delay.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are specified on the Platform's cashier page.
• hkg99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

hkg99 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of crediting. Bonus Funds that remain unmet in terms of wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the Account Balance.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms. Generally, sports bets contribute at a higher rate than most casino games.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: hkg99 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or terminate an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploitation of system errors, or collusion between Members to meet wagering requirements.
• hkg99's Discretion: hkg99 reserves the right to modify, cancel, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to determine whether a Member qualifies for any specific promotion.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products available on the Platform. Product-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, slots, togel) are published within the respective product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet or wager is accepted and binding only upon confirmation displayed on screen and recorded in your Account transaction history. hkg99 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion.
• Odds and Payouts: Odds are displayed in the format set by default on the Platform. hkg99 reserves the right to correct any manifest error in odds before settlement. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided.
• Disconnections: hkg99 is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection during a game round. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's Balance.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the accumulator to pay out, unless stated otherwise in the product rules. If a leg is voided, it is treated as a push and removed from the accumulator.
• Togel Draws: Togel results are determined by the official draw of the respective market (Singapore, Sydney, Hongkong, or others as listed). hkg99 is not responsible for any change to official draw schedules by the issuing body.
• Final Authority: In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the result recorded in hkg99's system at the time of settlement shall be considered final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all Balances without prior notice:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or a fictitious identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological method to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Members, or any form of cheating or fraudulent activity in connection with any bet or game on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, system malfunctions, or any other technical vulnerability for financial gain.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through unauthorized use of a third-party bank account or payment instrument.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hkg99 staff or other Members via the support chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials or Account Balance to any third party.

hkg99 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose Member information where required by applicable law or court order in connection with any investigation of prohibited conduct.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the hkg99 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of hkg99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without hkg99's prior written consent.

Where hkg99's liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, hkg99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hkg99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 07.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with your Account.
• Prolonged Account inactivity as described in Clause 03.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account — net of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds — will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable time period.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hkg99 holds its operating license.
